The programme will bring together mothers and community members for practical learning, dialogue and training.

Faith, Education & the Future
Day Four brings together two significant moments in the anniversary programme: the dedication of the Chapel of the Good Shepherd and a wider conversation on education and the future.
Dedication and Consecration of the Chapel of the Good Shepherd
The GSA community will gather for the dedication and consecration of the Chapel of the Good Shepherd—an important milestone in the spiritual life of the Academy and an affirmation of the Christian foundation of GSA’s educational mission.
The Chapel will serve as a place of worship, prayer, Christian formation and reflection for pupils, staff and the wider GSA community.
Panel Discussion & Education Forum
Education leaders, practitioners, partners and members of the GSA community will come together to reflect on the experience of the past decade and consider the future of education.
The conversation will explore the role of quality education, Christian formation, families, teachers, institutions and partnerships in preparing children to become responsible citizens and servant leaders.
Grand 10th Anniversary Celebration
South Sudan Martyrs’ Day
The five-day programme culminates in the Grand 10th Anniversary Celebration of Good Shepherd Academy.
Pupils, parents, teachers, alumni, Church leaders, partners, supporters, invited guests and friends of GSA will gather to give thanks and celebrate ten years of the Academy’s journey.
The programme will feature worship and thanksgiving, reflections on the GSA journey, pupil participation, cultural and celebratory performances, messages from invited guests, and recognition of the people and partnerships that have contributed to the Academy’s growth.
The celebration will also look beyond the first ten years toward the vision and responsibilities of GSA’s second decade.
Venue: Good Shepherd Academy, Juba Campus
The Journey Continues
The 10th Anniversary is a celebration of the children who have passed through GSA’s classrooms; the teachers who have taught and nurtured them; the parents and families who have entrusted their children to the Academy; and the churches, partners, sponsors, supporters and friends who have sustained the journey.
Above all, it is a moment of thanksgiving to God for ten years of grace, provision and faithfulness.
As Good Shepherd Academy enters its second decade, we renew our commitment to Christian-based education that forms character, nurtures knowledge and prepares young people for mission and service to community.
2016–2026
Ten years behind us. A new decade before us.
Nurturing Winning Servant Leaders.
