Management and Administration
Good Shepherd Academy (GSA) is administered by board of directors providing to the executive director on policy making and supervision. The Executive Director/Founder manages and administers key leadership and strategic operations of the school including relating to parents, partners, NGOs, Churches, and government.
The Head Teacher under the supervision of the Executive Director oversees the overall day to day running of the school with the support of Parents Teachers Association (PTA). The Head Teacher is instrumental in overseeing performance of teachers, pupils and other support staff. All staff of the Good Shepherd Academy are Christians with credible testimonies of faith and practice and with high reputable moral and professional standards. GSA currently has 12 teachers and 7 support staff.
Governance and Leadership
The governance and leadership of GSA comprises of its Board of Directors and advisory for directives, policy making and supervision. The Directors supervise the Executive Director/Founder who manages and administers key leadership and strategic operations of the school.
